Collaborative Solutions in Psychiatry has provided Madison, Wisconsin and surrounding areas with quality and comprehensive psychiatric healthcare services since 2014.  It has become a community of support and healing, created by Dr. Sobia Kirmani-Moe, a former Social Worker turned psychiatrist.

Whereas we pride ourselves in offering therapeutic interventions with each medication appointment, we do not have licensed therapists at CSIP.  If you are looking for individual group or couples counseling please call your insurance representative to get a referral for therapy.

We provide evaluation services with the intention to provide medical treatment via prescription medications, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), IV-Ketamine, and/or Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE).

As a patient you will be established with one of prescribers. Our team is comprised of psychiatrists (MD) , psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNP), and Physician Assistants (PA-C).

Our clinic does not have a psychologist on staff and you may be referred out for further neurological concerns and evaluation. Common diagnoses that may get referred for additional evaluation include autism, epilepsy, alzheimer's disease and other dementias to name a few.

ADHD/ADD comprehensive assessments are currently offered at our practice.  These assessments occur over mutliple aappointments and typically take between 3-4 hours before any treatment plan begins.
